Our pricing
Home Visit: £90 per person
Includes one or both ears as clinically required
Group bookings (same address, same day)
2+ patients: £80 per person
Our pricing includes travel within our usual service area. As travel times can vary, if you're slightly further afield we'll always let you know in advance if we need to add a surcharge to cover the extra distance.
No wax?
No problem.
If no wax is present, it means your ears are clear and we can focus on assessing the ear canal and overall ear health.
Consultation fee (no wax present): £45.
If you've booked for two or more people at the same address and no one requires treatment, we'll only charge a single consultation fee.
We are a CQC-regulated service, working to the same clinical standards expected within healthcare settings, with a focus on safe, careful treatment in patients’ homes.
As a two-person team, we work together at each visit. Continuity of care is important to us, so you’ll always see us and receive a consistent, carefully delivered service. Find out more on our About page.

We know it's not always easy to get to a clinic...
... be it physical, mental, emotional or just not having the time.
We also understand that some people prefer the comfort of their own home.
That’s why, if you prefer, we’ll come to you.
A safe, professional and friendly mobile earwax removal service, wherever you are. We bring our clinic to you.
Our earwax removal process
HOME VISITS
01. Book
We come to you at the arranged time & date
02. Medical History
We have a brief chat about your past & current ear health, as well as relevant medical history
03. Ear Check
We assess your ear health & check for problematic earwax
06. Free Follow Up (if needed)
Very occasionally we may need to return to complete the earwax removal.
This might be due to deeper wax that was hidden behind the front softer wax, and may need more softening once the front is removed
05. Aftercare
We reassess your ear health & provide aftercare advice / ongoing continuing care. We can show you before & after images (if that's your thing!)
04. Earwax Removal
We remove the earwax using the most appropriate method/s; from microsuction (a gentle suction device), irrigation (using water) and/or manual instruments
